Refund Policy

At Subforless, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how they're issued.

The short version

  • If we can't deliver your order, full refund.
  • If your account stops working and we can't replace it, partial refund.
  • If you change your mind after credentials are delivered, sorry, no refund.
  • Wallet top-ups are non-refundable but can be applied to any future purchase.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be issued when:

  • We cannot deliver your order: If we're unable to provide working credentials within a reasonable time after payment confirmation.
  • Account replacement is not possible: If your account stops working during your subscription period and we cannot provide a replacement from our inventory.
  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged for an order that was already delivered or completed.
  • Technical errors on our side: If our system error caused you to pay more than the advertised price.

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Buyer's remorse: If you change your mind after credentials have been successfully delivered.
  • Misuse of the account: If the account is disabled because you violated the originating provider's terms (e.g., shared the login, changed the password, used outside the intended region).
  • Failure to use the account: If you didn't use the subscription you purchased.
  • External service changes: If the underlying service provider changes their pricing, features, or policies.

2. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are issued in one of two ways, in order of preference:

  • Wallet credit: Funds are added to your Subforless wallet balance, available immediately, usable on any future purchase. This is our default method.
  • Cryptocurrency refund: In some cases we may return funds to your original payment cryptocurrency address. Note that blockchain transaction fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

We cannot refund to a credit card, bank account, or PayPal because we do not collect those payment methods.

3. Wallet Top-Ups

Funds added to your Subforless wallet are non-refundable. They remain in your wallet indefinitely and can be applied to any purchase on our platform.

We make this exception because wallet credits do not represent the delivery of a specific product, they represent prepayment for future purchases of your choosing.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Log in to your Subforless dashboard.
  • Find the relevant order in your order history.
  • Click the "Report Issue" button to open a support ticket.
  • Briefly explain what went wrong.

5. Response Time

We review refund requests within 24 hours of receipt. Approved refunds are typically processed within the same business day. If we need additional information, we'll reach out via email or your support ticket.

6. Disputed Charges

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first before pursuing any external dispute resolution. We aim to resolve all reasonable complaints quickly and fairly.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through email.

Our promise: If we can't deliver what you paid for, you get your money back. If your account stops working, we replace it free for the entire duration of your subscription. We stand behind every order.
