Warranty Terms

Every Subforless subscription comes with a full warranty for the duration of the term purchased. If your account stops working through no fault of your own, we'll fix it for free, every time.
What our warranty covers
Our warranty covers the following situations:
- The account is deactivated, suspended, or banned by the underlying service provider.
- The password is changed externally and you can no longer log in.
- The account asks for verification you cannot provide.
- The account region changes and the content becomes unavailable in your area.
- Any other situation where the account no longer functions as it did at delivery, through no fault of yours.
How replacement works
If your account stops working:
- Open a support ticket: Log in, find your order, click "Report Issue," and describe what happened.
- We respond fast: Most replacement requests are handled within an hour during operating hours.
- Get new credentials: A working replacement is added to your dashboard, and we email you when it is ready.
If we cannot provide a replacement (very rare), we'll refund the remaining value of your subscription as wallet credit, prorated for the time remaining.
What our warranty does NOT cover
The warranty does not apply in the following situations:
- You changed the password, email, or other account settings yourself.
- You shared the credentials with others (even family members).
- You used the account in ways that violate the underlying service's terms (e.g., using a VPN to evade region restrictions in a way that triggers detection).
- The account is restricted because of actions taken from your end (e.g., suspicious activity flags caused by your device/network).
- Damage caused by changes to the underlying service provider's policies that affect all accounts (e.g., the service shuts down a feature).
How long the warranty lasts
The warranty lasts the full duration of your purchased subscription. For example, if you bought a 3-month plan, your warranty runs for 3 months from the date of delivery.
If you have auto-renewal enabled, the warranty continues seamlessly with each renewal.
Important: this is a SERVICE warranty, not a product warranty
Subforless is not the manufacturer of the underlying streaming or subscription services. We provide a service of supplying account access credentials. Our warranty covers our ability to maintain that access, not the policies, content, or business decisions of Netflix, Amazon, or any other provider.
Limitations
Our maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the amount you paid for the affected subscription. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages (e.g., missed shows, time spent on calls with customer support, lost productivity).
How to claim warranty
The fastest way to get a replacement:
- Log in to your Subforless dashboard at subforless.com/dashboard.
- Find the order with the broken account.
- Click the "Report Issue" button.
- Briefly describe what's happening.
Most replacements are processed within an hour. You'll receive an email and a notification on your dashboard when the new credentials are ready.
