Subforless is a digital subscriptions marketplace that provides access to premium subscription accounts for various digital services. We aggregate subscriptions through bulk-purchasing arrangements and resell access at member-savings prices.

We are an independent provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, or any other streaming or subscription service provider mentioned on our website. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Account Registration

To purchase from Subforless, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login information. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3. Use of Subscription Accounts

When you purchase a subscription through Subforless, you receive account credentials for use on the associated platform. You agree:

  • To use the credentials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Not to share your credentials with third parties.
  • Not to alter, reset, or change the email or password associated with the account.
  • Not to use the account in violation of the originating service provider's terms.

Any breach of these usage terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

4. Payments

All payments are processed in cryptocurrency through our third-party payment processor. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) and converted at checkout. We accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and other major cryptocurrencies.

You may also pay using your Subforless wallet balance, which is funded via cryptocurrency top-ups. Wallet balances are non-refundable but can be applied to any future purchase.

5. Delivery

We aim to deliver credentials within 5 minutes of successful payment confirmation. Confirmation times depend on the blockchain network used. We do not guarantee specific delivery times but commit to reasonable best-effort delivery.

6. Warranty

We offer a full warranty on every subscription for the duration of the term purchased. If your account stops working through no fault of your own (e.g., the provider deactivates it), we will replace it from our inventory or, if a replacement is not possible, refund you in wallet credit. 7. Auto-Renewal and Recurring Charges

If you enable auto-renewal on a subscription, your wallet balance will be debited automatically prior to each renewal period. You can disable auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard. We will email you if auto-renewal fails due to insufficient balance.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute credentials obtained from Subforless.
  • Attempt to access our systems, source code, or other accounts without authorization.
  • Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm any party.
  • Circumvent or bypass our payment systems.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Subforless and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without our written permission.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in our Warranty Terms, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Subforless shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant subscription.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Subforless and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
